Introduction
The building that has been chosen for this project is De Hoge Heren in Rotterdam. It is a building located near the river the Nieuwe Maas and the Erasmus bridge. On the south side of the river are, among other things, Hotel America, The Rotterdam by Rem Koolhaas (OMA) and Toren op Zuid which is functioning as an office for KPN (Dutch telecom provider).
